The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 447, 465, 467, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a witness of the registered sale deed dated 10.04.2015 executed by Raj Kumar Bajaj in favour of some other co-accused. Allegation is against Raj Kumar Vajaj that he has sold the property of the complainant.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
