The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that informant has married his daughter about two years back with Pankaj Mandal. She was killed in her sasural by her husband and other accused persons as named in the written report which also included name of these petitioners for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It has been stated that petitioner no.1 is alleged to be mediator in the marriage and petitioner no.2 is Nana of husband of the deceased.

No.44852 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 From the written report itself it appears that the occurrence as alleged has taken place on 29.01.2016 and the case has been registered after delay on 19.02.2016. Learned A.P.P has submitted that witnesses have merely raised suspicion against these petitioners in para-5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the case diary.
In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed.
In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
