In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No.60 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3/4/5 of the Bihar Illegal Mines Act and under Section 75/80 of the Bihar Minor Minerals Rules.

Allegation has been made that the tractor of the petitioner was carrying the sand without proper authority, but Annmexure-3 of this application reflects that it is valid permission for lifting the sand.

No.5899 of 2018 (3) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, namely, Yamuna Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with N.T.P.C.
