2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 368 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have entered the house of the informant, abused him and fired three to four shots on him causing fire-arm injury on his right hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.4.2023. The petitioner is accused in three other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the period of custody as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 368 of 2022.
