2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 96, 87, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 26.02.2025 at about 7:30 PM, this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, the daughter of informant (victim) was in love-affairs with this petitioner for three years and she is currently leading a happy conjugal life with petitioner. He further submits that the victim has also filed an affidavit/petition before the learned A.C.J.M. 1st Araria (Annexure P/2 to the bail petition) stating therein that petitioner has not kidnapped her, rather she left her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52768 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 house at her own volition with this petitioner and solemnized marriage with him on 10.05.2025. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Araria / concerned Court in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
