JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that there is allegation against Pankaj Kumar, son of the petitioners, to kidnap the minor daughter of the informant with the help of his friend Bed Prakash Sah, son of Ashok Sah, with intention to perform the marriage. It is further submitted that the name of Pankaj Kumar and his other family members have been detailed in the F.I.R. without any overt act.

No.47169 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
