====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Trial No. 1085 of 2025 arising out of Sangrampur P. S. Case No. 198/2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 526.950 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2025 and claims

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Civil Court, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Trial No. 1085 of 2025 arising out of Sangrampur P. S. Case No. 198/2024.
