The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016for the offence registered under Sections 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 149, 151, 153A, 160, 295, 295A, 297, 298, 395, 341, 323, 504, 342 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are not named in the first information report, subsequently, during the course of investigation their

It is further submitted that the allegation is that the petitioners and others participated in shouting anti muslim slogons and that they looted the properties belonging to different shop keepers Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and there being no specific overt act attributed against the present petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
