JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The dispute is with respect to share and demarcation of the land.
In this view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case no.908 of 2013 / Tr. No. 2874 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48761 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2 / 2 under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with the condition that the petitioner would co-operate in the trial and would not take unnecessary adjournment.
