2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 747 of 2022 registered under section 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the others are said to have fired in the air. The petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 747 of 2022.
8. The petitioner will visit Jayauddin Chak police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
