The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. In the whole case diary, there is no material against him to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
