The petitioner seeks bail in Saharghat P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 27 litres of Nepali liquor kept in a bag has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49906 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
