2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition @ Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, registered in connection with Bihiyan P.S.Case No. 225 of 2024.
3. Co-accused Niraj Kumar was arrested with 120 litres of country-made liquor. The petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the petitioner is exactly on similar footing to that of co-accused Raj Kishore Ray, who has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 1092 of 2025. It is further submitted that co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55897 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 accused Niraj Kumar has been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.63702 of 2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner .

Considering the above facts and circumstances, as well as keeping in view the doctrine of parity, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge- 1st, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Bihiyan P.S.Case No. 225 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
