====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2023 Heard Mr. Prafull Chandra Thakur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jahanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 323/504/498A/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the matter relates to strained matrimonial relationship between the husband and the wife. Petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner no.2 is the fatherin-law and petitioner no.3 is sister-in-law (gotni) who are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54121 of 2022(4) dt.26-04-2023 2/3 willingly ready to support the victim (informant) who is the daughter-in-law of petitioner no.1 and 2 and sister-in-law of petitioner no.3 by helping her by giving Rs.5000/- every month.

4. Considering the fact that the matter relates to dispute between the husband and the wife and the husband has already been released on bail. The petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jahanabad (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2022, subject to the undertaking which has been given by the petitioners before this Court that they will support the victim (informant) who is the daughter-in-law of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and sister-in-law of petitioner no.3 by depositing Rs.5000/- per month in the account of the victim (informant) and also subject to following conditions:-

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.

(2) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court.

(3) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the

(4) If the petitioners are found involved in similar nature of offence, after their release on bail, the trial Court shall take steps to cancel their bail bonds.
