The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 116/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153A, 353A, 295A, 332, 327, 337, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant, police official, alleged that during course of immersion of idol, a procession consisting more than 500 people and during course thereof, when they reached at the village Baro Bazaar, they became unruly and indulged in such kind of activities an adverse to the interest of other community and on account thereof, put hindrance in law and order as well as provoked the religious sentiment without having any specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8990 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 allegation. The situation became unruly, which was anyhow averted. 44 persons are named in the F.I.R., wherein the petitioner stands one of them.

Other co-accused persons having similar allegation have already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 3077/2018 as well as Cr. Misc. No. 3951/2018. That being so, the petitioner Dhananjay Kumar Thakur in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 116/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) Rakhi U T
