JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-11-2019 This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order of cognizance dated 28.09.2018 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Siwan in Siswan P.S. Case No.93 of 2017.
2. The petitioner has a statutory remedy under Sections 397 and 401 as also under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order impugned.

3. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
