ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The modification application has been filed in which the petitioner seeks to correct the address of Petitioner No.5 Chhotan Ansari in the order dated 9.9.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.21018 of 2016.

It is submitted that in the cause title, the address of Petitioner No.5 Chhotan Ansari was wrongly entered as "Police Station-Bathnaha". The same should be read as "Sitamarhi" instead of "Bathnaha".

Let the aforementioned correction be made in terms of the affidavit sworn in Cr.Misc. No.46714 of 2016. Further, let the time for surrender of the present petitioner fixed in the said order be extended by further period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46714 of 2016 (2) dt.26-10-2016 2/2 of three weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the present petitioner does not surrender within the period aforementioned, the order of anticipatory bail granted in his favour shall automatically stand withdrawn.

The modification application, thus, stands disposed of.
