The instant application has been filed for restoration of M.A. No.681 of 2016 which stood dismissed for default on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 30.6.2022.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the restoration application, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for restoration of the main appeal.
