JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the PDS license of the petitioner was restored, but subsequently it appears that the same has again been cancelled, hence the petitioner be granted an opportunity to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the said second cancellation order as far as the PDS license is concerned.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
