JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Keeping in mind the nature of allegation as also the fact that the informant is father of petitioner no.1 Asha Devi, who is alleged to have executed the sale deed, petitioner no.2 is her husband, petitioner nos.3 and 4 are witnesses to the sale deed, petitioner no.6 is the purchaser and petitioner no.5 is the husband
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9246 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 of the petitioner no.6 and they have no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
