JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 777 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the First Information Report was registered in the year 2013 and the application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37199 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 of the petitioners for grant of bail was rejected by learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura, on 16.09.2014, whereafter they approached this Court, on 26.08.2016, for grant of anticipatory bail by filing the present application, I am not inclined to entertain this application.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
