Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.04.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.2811 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Patna, is hereby confirmed.

From henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `1000/- (one thousand) instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty) in terms of the order dated 24.04.2014.
