This application is for transfer of Complaint Case No.C-156 of 2018 from the court of Muzaffarpur to any nearby district.

Grounds for transfer is that the petitioner has falsely been made accused in the case lodged by the Customer of the Financial Institution and the petitioner apprehends danger at the hands of the Customer of the Financial Institution at Muzaffarpur for that he has also lodged a case at Shri Krishnapuri Police Station at Patna.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact and circumstances as stated above and there is also no specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62444 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 allegation of any threat at Muzaffarpur rather a case has been lodged at Shri Krishnapuri Police Station at Patna, as such I find no merit in this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
