Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On going through the F.I.R., it appears that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and another co-accused that they lifted the informant and snatched a sum of Rs. 11,000/- from the pocket of the informant after taking him out from the train at a station. Learned counsel submits that both parties are related. There is animosity between them.

Counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation is specific against the petitioner in the F.I.R. Looking to the allegation levelled against the petitioner and
