2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S (Bhagalpur) Case No. 43 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 511, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 04/18 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of having attempted to commit rape.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 13.06.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Mahila P.S (Bhagalpur) Case No. 43 of 2024.
