====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, State and the Union of India.

The present writ application has been filed for staying the allocation of funds prepared for the grant of fund to beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin with respect to Sherpur West Panchayat, situated in Maner Block under Patna district.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to prefer complaint under the provisions of Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.

However, if such compliant is filed, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, it is expected from the authorities concerned to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter.
