For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajeev Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dilip Kumar(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to Hilsa Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 451 of 2015 instituted under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleges that his aunt Asha Devi has illicit relationship with the petitioner which was protested by his father. There was an altercation between Asha Devi and his father in which his father has beaten her up as villagers disclosed. Thereafter, dead body of father of informant abandoned and thrown far away from the village. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another co-accused Amit Kumar @ Sonu @ Sony Kumar @ Rakesh Kumar @ Amit @ Sonu Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 46495

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47374 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 of 2015.

Be that as it may, till submission of chargesheet, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Hilsa PS Case No 451 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
