JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an objection under Section 9 of Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate case which is pending before the Certificate Officer, Gaya. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection before the Certificate Officer, Gaya within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the Certificate Officer shall consider the same and pass the final orders under Section 9 of Bihar & Orissa

Patna High Court CWJC No.2298 of 2017(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914. Till the passing of the final orders by the Certificate Officer, Gaya, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein. It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner does not file a fresh objection within a period of four weeks, the Certificate Officer shall proceed ex-parte.
