Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belaganj Police Station Case No. 778 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioner is not named in the first information report but the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a well and, therefore, in my view, it is not a fit case to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Belaganj P.S.Case No. 78 of 2012, pending in the court of Chief
