The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that he got information that his brother Aman Kumar has been shot at. One Maya Rai is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner and others that they were in the company of the deceased when the occurrence took place.

It appears that the petitioner was with the deceased at the time of occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40541 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. case No. 54 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. This application for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
