1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Spl. PP for the State.
2. The appellants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 31 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1) (r) (s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Begusarai.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
