In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Tr. No. 582 of 2016 arising out from Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 981 of 2015 for offence under Sections 307, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 15532 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 02.06.2016 rejected the same Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19747 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 namely, Vijay Shankar Jha, is rejected.
