JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) writ in the nature of 'Certiorari' to quash the order dated 29.03.2022 issued under the signature of respondent No.4 by which the petitioner who was working as Development Manager has been discharged from services

Patna High Court CWJC No.14128 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 with immediate effect on the decision of the Competent Authority.

(ii) For further communication to quash the communication dated 29.04.2022 issued by respondent No.7 who has communicated that the discharge from service stands valid.

(iii) To direct the concerned authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on merit and if on the appeal filed by the petitioner final order has been passed then to call for the same and quash the same.

(iv) For further directing the concerned authority to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
