2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was involved in motorcycle theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is under custody since 04.04.2024. Except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58892 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the two cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
