The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nadi P.S. Case No. 06/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 323, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased named the petitioners and alleged that his daughter was married to Srilal Chaudhary son of Lakshman Chaudhary petitioner no. 1 and Lilawati Devi petitioner no. 2 seven years ago, but the accused persons were demanding additional dowry. The informant further alleged that they killed his daughter and hurriedly cremated the dead-body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46809 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 petitioners are father, mother, sister and brother of the husband of the deceased. The deceased was married with Srilal Chaudhary more than seven years ago and she got three children. On account of petty dispute, the deceased committed suicide. This fact has also come in the case diary that the petitioners are living separately and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of Srilal Chaudhary and his wife (deceased). Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 06/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
