2. The present writ application has been filed for setting aside the officer order bearing Memo No.1665 dated 08.11.2018 issued under the signature of respondent no.5 by which the petitioner has been dismissed.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that against the impugned order, the petitioner has remedy to file an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority and without availing the said efficacious remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court.

In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority against the impugned order within a period of two weeks and the District Teachers Appellate Authority will pass reasoned and speaking order after affording proper opportunity of hearing.
