Having regard to the fact that this Court has already held that the degree of Muallim Urdu acquired from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, is not a recognized institution for the purposes of appointment on the post of Teacher in the State of Bihar, this Court would not find any error in the impugned order that was passed on 09.05.2012, and has been sought to assailed by filing this application after more than three years only on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15206 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 21.09.2015.

Thus, both on the ground of delay as well as on merits, this application must fail and is, accordingly, dismissed.
