JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Petitioner apprehends arrest in Tharthari P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015 instituted under sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of A.C.J.M, Hilsa, Nalanda.

It is alleged that the petitioner had joined a school as teacher on the basis of forged letter of appointment issued from the office of the Block Education Officer. No such letter was every issued.

I have hard learned counsel for the petitioner. I am not satisfied about the bonafide of the petitioner. If some one has given forged appointment letter the first question is as to when and where she has applied and how she was selected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47469 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, if so advised may surrender and seek regular bail within a period four weeks. If such an application is filed the court below may consider the case of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this court.
