The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 382,511,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were identified when they were riding on the boundary wall to commit theft.
Submission is that only at the instance of enemies, they have been implicated.
Let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48541 of 2016 (2) dt.09-12-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur/Successor Court in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
