2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 75, 69 of B.N.S. 2023.

3. According to the allegation, the petitioner developed relation with the informant. The informant was already married. She has four children. She says further that the petitioner at the pretext of marriage sexually exploited her and also snapped photographs and made it viral. He demanded Rs. Three lacs for deleting those photographs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that admittedly, the informant is a married lady having four children and the petitioner is also a married person. The FIR itself shows that there

As a matter of fact, there was money transaction between husband of the informant and the petitioner and the impugned order shows that the petitioner returned that money in the bank account of the informant in three installment of 30,000/- The petitioner is under custody since 11-04-2025 and he is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the state as well as the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The impugned order shows that the petitioner has returned Rs. 90,000/- in three equal installment, deposited in the bank account of the informant which shows that some money transaction was there between the parties.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Simraha P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
