In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order no. 388/B dated 23.12.2002 passed by the Finance Commissioner by which he has been dismissed from service. From the counter affidavit it appears that petitioner has challenged the said order of dismissal in C.W.J.C. No.14686 of 2007 and this Court has already dismissed the writ petition and again this writ petition has been filed and petitioner has conveniently suppressed this fact from this Court. In such view of the matter this writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- as petitioner has suppressed the fact.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4199 of 2011 (4) dt.30-11-2017 Petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two months from today. If he fails to deposit the said amount within the aforesaid period, the District Magistrate, Patna will recover the said amount from the petitioner as arrear of land revenue.
