The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mednichowk P.S.Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act Allegation in brief is that this petitioner was apprehended by the police on chase and recovered country made loaded pistol from his possession.

Submission is that the petitioner has clean antecedent and there is no allegation of any overt act or committing any crime and has been in custody in this case since 29.10.2016. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Karan Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with
