The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R., it is alleged that on 18.04.2022, this petitioner committed house trespass of the informant and attempted to rape her. It is further alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant's husband with Farsa and kicked on the abdomen of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that both parties are next door neighbour and due to petty dispute, scuffle took

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
