1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86636 of 2024 whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the opposite party no. 2 / Sri Ram Finance Ltd. did not accept the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53559 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 amount offered by the petitioners in compliance of the aforesaid order and in the meantime summer vacation commenced and the time granted by this court expired. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks time to surrender before the learned District Court.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86636 of 2024 by way of a last chance be extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
