The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1535 of 2025 initially registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 406, 420, 307, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act but later on, cognizance has been taken only under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The petitioner has been arrayed in a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code lodged by his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54301 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 that for a petty feud of matrimonial dispute, the petitioner is in custody since 01-03-2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as also the fact that this is a case of matrimonial dispute and the petitioner is in custody since 01-03-2025, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 1535 of 2022.

6. After accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the learned court below shall take endeavour for exploring the possibility of solution of the dispute between the parties through District Medication and Conciliation Centre. If the learned court below finds that due to apathy or reluctance of the petitioner, the solution could not be materialized, the learned court below shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps including the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
