After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition in order to file regular bail petition in the court below. Accordingly, this petition filed in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, the petitioner files petition for regular bail on surrender, the court below is expected to dispose of the regular bail petition of the petitioner on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this court.
