The petitioner is accused in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, registered under Sections 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
The accusation is that petitioner being the employee of Bonanza Portfolio Limited issued cheque in the name of complainant-informant, which was dishonoured due to insufficient money in the account.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had issued cheque on behalf of the company and there
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3955 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 was no intention to cheat the complainant-informant in any manner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
