The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385/387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of demand of ransom on mobile phone is against named accused Rakesh Yadav. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Submission is that during investigation it revealed that the petitioner is a criminal associate of Rakesh Yadav. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53802 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/Successor Court in connection with Sitamarhi Police Station Case No.262 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
