2. The prayer for the bail of the petitioner in connection with S.T. No. 389 of 2022 arising out of Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 415 of 2021 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 18.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34644 of 2022 as well as order dated 08.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57657 of 2023.

3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail and submits that a report has been called for.

4. Upon perusal of the Report received from the Trial Court, it transpires that out of six charge-sheet witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined and only the evidence of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56447 of 2024(3) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 Investigation Officer and Doctor has to be sought for.

5. In the aforesaid background, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

6. Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible so that Official witnesses must adduce their evidences within two months.

7. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
