2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025, G.R. No. 331 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 200 litres of country made liquor was recovered from two motorcycles and it is alleged that the seized liquor belongs to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused. He has no concern with the seized liquor or motorcycle. Petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. Petitioner has two

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025, G.R. No. 331 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., with further conditions that:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and trial;

(ii) The petitioner shall desist from committing any such criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of
